SÚJB (State Office for Nuclear Safety) Authorization

  • Decision of the State Office for Nuclear Safety, ref. no. 7590/2005 on permitting to dispose with ionising radiation sources according to §9 par. 1  letter i), in an extent according to §36 par.1 letter g) of the Decree No. 307/2002 Coll., to use radiotherapeutic irradiators with RN radiators during the verification of SW programmes for radiotherapy at radiotherapeutic workplaces of other holders of the permission as enacted by law §9 par.1 letter d) and i), in the area of the Czech Republic and at a workplace of the 3rd category located on the premises of UJP Praha, a.s.,  building no. 203, Nad Kamínkou 1345, Prague-Zbraslav.
  • Decision of the State Office for Nuclear Safety, ref. no. 13847/2004 on permitting, according to §9 par. 1 letter r) and §59 par. 1 letter c) and d) of the Decree No. 307/2002 Coll., holders of the permission to perform their work as enacted by law §9 par. 1 letter c), d), e), f), g), i), holders who perform radiation activities and who can be operators of observed or controlled zones, who realise services for providing the permanent control of radiation protection and services which do not operate with ionising radiation sources but which have to be realised in controlled zones of workplaces with open radiators.
  • Decision of the State Office for Nuclear Safety, ref. no. 16456/2007 on permitting to dispose with ionising radiation sources according to §9 par. 1  letter i), in an extent according to §36 par.1 letter e), g), i) of the Decree No. 307/2002 Coll., to install ionising radiation sources or put  them into operation under conditions as enacted by §41 decree, to use ionising radiation sources under conditions as enacted by §43 decree, to repair ionising radiation sources under conditions as enacted by §45 decree 
  • Decision of the State Office for Nuclear Safety, ref. no. SÚJB/RCBM/13130/2008 on permitting, according to §9 par.1 letter r), to provide services important in terms of radiation protection as enacted by §59 par. 1 letter c) and d) Decree No. 307/2002 Coll. as amended, i.e. to provide a permanent control over radiation protection for other holders of the permission realizing radiation activities in controlled zones at ČEZ a.s. and at the disposal site of radioactive waste (URAO) Dukovany, to provide services which do not operate with ionising radiation sources but which have to be realised in controlled zones of workplaces of the 4th category with open radiators.
  • Decision of the State Office for Nuclear Safety, ref. no. 1455/2005 on permitting, according to §9 par. 1 letter i), to dispose with radioactive wastes containing natural radioactive nuclides in the extent of collecting, sorting, modifying and storing.
